the last pieces

It has been a hard but beautiful work but we are almost done!
The terrace is beautiful and most of the cladding of zwarthout is also done. Now finishing the interior. The installations work fine.
It was great to place the trees and the gutters.
One can also have a look on the stopmotion movie of the cladding!

Time to finish

Only a few weeks left. We're starting to finish the project. The curly branches we're using as balusters fits perfectly in the natural surroundings. A small part of the facade is already covered with the burned blackwood and gives the building it's shiny look as we expected.. Soon more pictures!.

Time to close

After placing the frames and windows we're happy to close the house. It has been raining every week and it was difficult to keep everything dry. But now we're safe!! The roof is covered by EPDM and we filled the outer walls with cellulose to keep it warm.
